Army in the Park has been cancelled due to lack of funding and being unable to recover from last year's brawl.
The tough decision was a huge blow for everyone involved over the past 11 months working voluntarily to secure vendors, sponsors, and acts but with one month to go were forced to call off what would have been the fourth charity event held in Hatton Road.
Full refunds will be given to those who have already bought tickets.
Organiser Chris Beauchamp , also landlord of The Airman pub in Feltham, said: "We are all absolutely devastated in having to finally make a decision to cancel the event this year.
"We have faced an unbelievable number of hurdles this year which included an investor withdrawing funding due to financial issues, and regular consultation with Hounslow council licensing and police departments over the incident following last year's event which delayed us in progressing with the organisation and certainly had an impact on certain sponsors decisions to support us.
"The the final straw came when our last sponsorship opportunity announced they wanted to attend the event before making a financial commitment.
"Any one of the those reasons would have been enough to cancel any event of a similar size however encountering all three in under a 12 month period was just a little too much for us to cope with this year.
"It was a tough call to cancel the event after three consecutive years but we'll be back with an even bigger and better show in 2015."
The event's committee have not given up hope and are using the additional time to start making preparations for next year.
The fairground rides, security team and military personnel and vehicles planned for the event are being urged to continue their support in 2015.
Mr Beauchamp added: "I'd personally like to thank my team of Rachel Donovan, Freddie Taylor, Jill and Darren Lacey, Donna Atkinson and Sue Klesel for all their unbelievable dedication to the event both this year and previous years."
