ARMED robbers held up warehouse staff during a terrifying early-morning raid in Fulham.

The suspects broke into the PC World and Curry megastore at Hurlingham Retail Park, in Wandsworth Bridge Road, at 8am on Tuesday.

Staff at the store, which had yet to open to the public, were forced at gunpoint to open the safe with the robbers stealing cash.

No-one was injured in the raid with police appealing for help to track the gang.

DS Hywel Davies, of Barnes Flying Squad, said: “It is essential that anyone who may have seen these men at any point before or after the robbery comes forward.

“They are black and wore dark clothing, though one wore a yellow tabard, similar to those worn by builders. Their faces were covered.

“This was a well-planned robbery and it is likely they would have had their escape route planned in advance, but commuters or passers-by in the busy Wandsworth Bridge Road may have seen something of use.”
