P Haling has criticised the Tories and defended Ann Keen as being a good constituency MP, in his letter (Chronicle, January 15).

Maybe he could answer an unanswered question.

Name me ONE idea that Ann Keen came up with, that the Government has implemented to improve the NHS?

She ran on the NHS ticket, boasting she would be the first nurse in Parliament.

If Mr Haling is in doubt about Mary Macleod's capability as an MP, then put her to the test and see if she is better than Ann Keen or not.

Thankfully this opportunity will arise after the next general election when Mary Macleod will be elected as the Conservative MP for Brentford & Isleworth.
