AN AIR ambulance had to be deployed to Southall on Friday after a man 'jumped from a moving bus'.

Police were called to an incident in Greenford Road, at the junction with Baird Avenue, at about 3.05pm.

Officers were told that man forced open the doors and jumped from the bus. London Ambulance attended but the man’s injuries were such that an air ambulance landed at the nearby gold course before he was airlifted to The Royal London Hospital.

His condition is not known at the moment. More as we get it.
