I NOTICE Councillor Paul Osborn ('Steering clear of jargon', Harrow Observer, March 18) is once again claiming that Harrow Council is jargon-free although I fear, like so many of his claims, that this is not entirely the case.
A local resident recently received an email from the council concerning a traffic projection.
The resident replied to say that she had raised an issue concerning cars and lorries mounting the pavement and damaging it and that she was not interested in any statistical analysis of traffic congestion.
Paul, it turned out to be just a load of old bollards.
Still some way to go yet, I am afraid.
