GUMLEY House RC Convent School headteacher Ewa Kolczynska said she was 'delighted' with its 89 per cent A*-C pass rate.
The Isleworth school scored a 100 per cent pass rate, though the proportion of A*-C grades was slightly down on last year's 92 per cent.
Ms Kolczynska said: "We are delighted with the results, which once again reflect our students' hard work, the inspirational learning environment and dedication of the staff in the sixth form, and the invaluable support of our parents."
She reserved particular praise for the 32 per cent of girls achieving three or more A*-B grades, including:

Meanwhile, three students from Milan joining Gumley students for their AS studies all gained A*-C grades.
