A TOTAL of 15 babies born at West Middlesex Hospital yesterday (22) will be able to boast about sharing their birthdays' with a prince.

As news flooded in just before 8:30pm that the Duchess of Cambridge had safely given birth to a son, celebrations around the world kicked off, with Tower Bridge being lit up in blue and a gaggle of excited people waited outside Buckingham Palace for the announcement on an easel.

But, for new and expectant mothers at West Middlesex, their concentration was on their new bundles of joy.

Nearby, at Heathrow Airport, any tired passengers arriving today (23), will be presented with a celebration box containing shortbread and tea to celebrate the arrival of the new third in line to the throne.

The Chronicle will soon be talking to new parents at West Middlesex whose babies share the same birthday as the prince.
