Property developer Quintain have announced the release of business and office space at its flagship Wembley Park development.

Guests including broadcaster Clare Balding attended a launch on Wednesday September 23 where details were revealed about the offering which sees Quintain partner with Colliers International and Cushman & Wakefield for the new London business destination.

The location is situated 12 minutes from central London and is pitched at large companies who want what Quintain describe as a “well-connected and competitively priced, modern, London HQ”.

The offices will reportedly be built bespoke to the individual requirement with prices at less than £40 per sq-ft.

Wembley Park is linked by three stations, three Tube lines, overground and two national rail lines and soon to be served by 24-hour Tube at weekends.

The area also has excellent road links to the M1, M40 and M25 and 3,000 parking spaces.

Wembley Park reportedly has the fastest broadband in London, made possible with fibre optic cables built in as standard.

Current offices and homes in the area have high speeds of up to 1GB and The SSE Arena and new offices will benefit from 10GB.

According to Quinatin, more than 4,000 people are already working at Wembley Park’s campus-style site which has the iconic Wembley Stadium and the historic Wembley Arena, now called the SSE Arena, as well as the 70-store London Designer Outlet and a nine-screen cinema.

Next year will see 475 apartments delivered in Emerald Gardens and the next phase of 360 apartments is under construction.

Quintain say that companies will be able to design their own office blocks and move in within 24 months.

The buildings will range in size from 70,000sq-ft to 750,000sq-ft able to accommodate an occupational density of 1:8sq-m.
