What is your business?
We're Rush Hammersmith, we have 61 other salons in London and the South. We base our company on excellence and creativity.
What is your best/biggest seller?
Our colour day in which we offer 50% off colour every Tuesday.
How long have you been in Hammersmith?
We opened our doors on the 30 November and so far it’s been amazing as we’ve been able to explore Hammersmith and meet a lot of new people who have become our new clients.
When are you at your busiest?
We’re busy on Tuesdays because that’s when we run our colour day and on Saturdays, because it’s the weekend. However recently we’re finding ourselves really busy on Wednesdays, which is great.
Tell us an interesting fact about yourself or the business?
I’ve worked in the hair industry in both the UK and Australia so I feel I’ve been able to bring back new styles and creativity to help my team. Rush itself started off small 20 years ago but has become this hair dynasty, picking up 52 awards along the way.
Who are your typical customers?
In Hammersmith it’s really a mix as we get lots of professionals and lots of local residents. It’s great for our team as they get a wide range of styles to create and clientele to work with. We offer a 25% discount to all local corporates too.
What’s your unique selling point?
I would say it’s my team. My stylists have gained amazing training from around the world so can do both classic looks and create the latest in cutting edge fashion. We customize every cut, so it is individual. We don’t have a standard template, so each cut is personalised and created based on the customer’s needs.
