With two treatment rooms including showers, a manicure and pedicure area and a 15-metre indoor pool with sauna and steam room, the spa takes inspiration from Asia and beyond; from Mondrian paintings to Japanese Shoji screens and a bamboo forest, Mandara Spa offers a totally tranquil experience from the minute guests step through the doors.

Treatments include a selection of indulgent massages to enable your mind and body to escape reality and find inner-balance.

The classic Balinese Massage and Warm Bamboo Massage will help you fully unwind, and for those on the go, the Express Massage will provide the perfect relaxation quick-fix.

Other soothing treatments include the Elemis Superfood Pro-Radiance Facial, Dynamic Resurfacing Precision Peel, and a selection of Elemis Biotech treatments that help to target wrinkles, brightness and blemishes.

Meanwhile, to ensure guests are pampered from head to toe, manicures and pedicures are also on offer.

Therapists ensure you are given a comfortable, relaxing and invigorating treatment personal to you, so if you want your massage a bit firmer or the room a touch warmer, they will only be happy to assit.

As well as individual treatments, Mandara Spa offers the opportunity to become completely immersed by providing a range of packaged rituals.

The Spa Discovery Package (1 hour 35 minutes £180) includes an Aroma Foot Ritual, a choice of Balinese Massage or Muscle Ease Massage and an Elemis Defining Moment Facial.

The 494-bed hotel, complete with award-winning restaurant, bar and conference rooms, was one of the biggest hotels to open in London last year.
