Royal and A-list hat designer Jane Taylor has joined together with some of Chelsea and Kensington’s most respected and recognised faces on a social media photo campaign to celebrate Royal Ascot.

The milliner, based in Fulham, is helping out in the #MyAscotHat campaign and has enlisted a wide variety of respected and inspirational women from the Royal borough to choose and model their favourite Ascot hat from the spring/summer 2015 collection, style the piece to how they would wear it on an occasion such as Royal Ascot.

Participants included fashion blogger and Made in Chelsea star Rosie Fortescue, luxury Sloane Square cake designer Peggy Porschen - whose clients include Kate Moss and Stella McCartney - founder of Grace Belgravia Kate Percival, head of memberships at London’s luxury health club Equinox London Yakuta Rushdi, and members of the events and marketing team at the King’s Road Beaufort House Chelsea bar and brasserie.

Ms Taylor said: “I adore working with private clients and making them feel fantastic in their hat.

“Though it’s always a pleasure to design hats for famous faces I have always wanted to use local woman I respect as models and show how they would wear my hats and style them up.

“Royal Ascot is the biggest hat wearing event of the year and the ideal time to share these stunning photos.”

Her designs have been worn by The Countess of Wessex, Zara Phillips, Beyonce, Rita Ora, and earlier this year created a hat worn by Kate Winslett in A Little Chaos.
