An appeal to identify a man who is accused of racially abusing an Asian man has been launched.
Police officers were told that a 6ft man in his mid twenties then assaulted the bystander and pushed him to his floor causing injuries.
The incident took place on Monday, November 18 at 8.30am near 48 Church Road, Northolt.
