Police investigating an alleged rape in Greenford have charged a man with a number of offences including kidnap and threat to kill.
Met police charged Aqil Ali, of Mornington Road, Ealing , on March 7 following an alleged sexual assault on a female in the vicinity of Perivale Park, Greenford, near the Costons Lane entrance on March 5.
The 30-year-old suspect has been charged with two counts of rape, attempted rape, kidnap, two counts of sexual assault by penetration, sexual assault, threat to kill, assault ABH and theft.
The incident is alleged to have happened between 7am and 9am.
Mr Ali appeared at Uxbridge Magistrates Court will next appear in Crown Court in June.
