Would you get your kit off and cycle through the capital city for a good cause?

World Naked Bike Ride (WNBR) is coming to London on Saturday June 11 to raise awareness of environmental causes.

Hundreds of people will strip naked - though different levels of nudity is permitted if you'd rather cover up a bit - and cycle nine miles around London.

The ride will take place across six different starting points, including Hyde Park, Regents Park, Kings Cross, Clapham Junction, West Norwood, and Tower Hill.

Everyone will then merge together on Westminster Bridge, then do the rest of the route in a huge group together and finish at Wellington Arch in Hyde Park.

The event is free to take part if you'd like to join in; you don't even need a bike, as you can hire one through the organisers.

The annual WNBR event has taken place in over 50 cities around the world since 2004 to protest the use of oil and raise awareness of cycling as an environmentally friendly transport option, as well as promoting a healthy body image.

Conrad Schmidt, founder of The Work Less Party, Artists for Peace, WNBR, and organiser for WNBR Vancouver, said: "Our message to the world is one of simplification, human harmony and love.

"For a future to exist for tomorrows generations, we have to stop wasting the life blood energy of the Earth, stop fighting and killing in the name of consumerist wealth accumulation and learn to love and respect all life on this planet."
