There are just two weeks to go until the Sainsbury's Sport Relief Mile in Ealing , with the race taking place on Sunday March 20 .

Hundreds of local people have already signed up to run one, three, or six miles, but there's still time to bag a place, raise some money for charity and do yourself proud.

The race will set off from the Bandstand in the Bunny Park and will take in the sights of Hanwell including Wharncliffe Viaduct and the Brent Lodge Animal Centre.

It will begin at 11.30am, but there will be additional running waves starting at midday, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm.

The 2015 Ealing Sport Relief Mile was great, but organisers want to better it this year

Event manager, Ben Farmer, said: "We've put flyers everywhere, talked to anyone who will listen and really got the word about about Sport Relief 2016.

"We are delighted that over 400 people have already signed up but we want even more people in Ealing to take part and make it the best Sainsbury's Sport Relief Mile yet by beating the total raised in 2014.

"So let's show the rest of the country what we can do and raise as much money as we possibly can for this incredible cause!"

Entry costs £7 for adults, £3 for children and £17 for families to the Ealing Sport Relief Mile. You can enter here .
