We all know west London is jam packed with things to do.

From seeing some of London's most famous sights to relaxing in its beautiful parks of making a beeline from its incredible shopping offer, it's a brilliant place to live and visit.

But that made us think - what is our side (the best side!) of the capital is missing?

Granted, west London does have its own airport, well two actually, in the form of Heathrow and RAF Northolt .

It even its own zoo in Hanwell and indoor surfing in Bedfont , but how about skydiving? Or maybe even a vineyard?

Here are just a few things we think would make west London even better than it already is.

Indoor water park

How about one like this one in Germany?

Can you believe we do not have an indoor water park in west London?

While Thorpe Lake Aqua Park boasts an array of inflatables to enjoy hours of endless fun on, what do we do when the cold nights draw in during the winter months?

No need to explain a case for this one any further, it's on the list!

Skydiving over London sights

Imagine skydiving over central London?

We realise this is probably never going to happen, but just think how amazing it could be?

We envisage jumping out of a plane at 14,000 feet, floating over the Houses of Parliament, along the River Thames into Knightsbridge and landing in Hyde Park.

Wow, what a journey that would be!

Monkey forest

How about a stroll with the monkeys?

Random we know, but despite having many open spaces from the deer inhabited Richmond Park, to the popular Hyde Park, we don't actually have a forest inhabited by monkeys.

Of course, there is Ruislip Woods, which could be perfect for a monkey forest.

Where better to take the little ones in the school holidays, than for a walk around a forest in the footsteps of our adorable ancestors?

Meet the inhabitants of newly reopened Hanwell Zoo - including cute meerkats!

Cheap gin

Anyone for cheap gin?

Yes, we have a gin hotel and enough bars to keep even the biggest drinkers occupied for life, but being in London they are all a little on the pricey side.

Unless you catch happy hour, you can usually expect to pay around £5-6 for a gin and tonic, and even around the £10 mark in some places.

We propose an old fashioned Victorian gin palace, were the only thing on the menu is gin (of course) and the drinks are all below £5!

We can dream...

Vineyard

West London could really do with a few vineyards

There seems to be a trend developing, but thinking of gin naturally led us to pondering about how amazing it would be to be able to do a vineyard tour in west London.

Now, there may be a reason why there are no vineyards on our doorstep, perhaps the ground isn't quite right for growing vines, but can someone try? Please?

Bungee jumping

Yes, we know that's Paul McCartney

If you can bungee jump at the O2 arena, surely you can do so at Wembley Stadium ?

Whilst there is probably a list as long as the M25 concerning safety issues with jumping from the Wembley Stadium arch, we think it would be pretty cool!

Lip sync battle bar

You could duel over some classic Bowie

Yes, we are all thinking it, but why has no one actually set one up in west London?

Let's do away with the hairbrush and the mirror and take to a stage, miming and performing our favourite songs in front of an audience.

We all secretly want the opportunity to deliver a Grammy Award winning performance, but maybe in our local bar alcohol could be the prize?

Castle

How incredible would a castle look in west London?

Anywhere that is anywhere should most certainly have its own castle.

Whilst Windsor Castle isn't too far out of west London, why can't we have our own?

And no, castle's weren't just built in medieval times, the last castle to be built here in the UK was Drogo Castle on Dartmoor in the 1930s.

So we still have hope at least!
