From Monday March 28 to Sunday April 3, the world is celebrating Museum Week.

More than 3,000 museums, galleries, and cultural institutions from over 69 countries will come together on Twitter for the third edition of #MuseumWeek, a celebration created by the social media platform to promote museums and learning.

Over the seven days this week, there will be seven hashtags (#secretsMW, #peopleMW, #architectureMW, #heritageMW, #futureMW, #zoomMW and #loveMW), each designed to pay homage to different aspects of history, culture and society.

And while we'd love for you to get involved with the hashtags on Twitter, there are so many museums in London, what better way to celebrate the week than by going to visit one in person? Especially as the kids are off school for the Easter holidays!
