Get ready to be covered in colour at the Michael Sobell Hospice Colour Dash, on Sunday September 27.

The event - a fun-filled walk, run or dance around a 5km route - will take place at Mount Vernon Hospital in Northwood, from 12 noon.

Entrants will wear white and be pelted with a different colour at various colour stations along the course of the route. By the time they reach the end, the runners will be covered head-to-toe with rainbow colours.
