Mercedes-Benz Brentford is not only sponsoring the Ealing Half Marathon for the second year running as part of its community support programme, the company will also be supplying the lead car for the race this Sunday.
The West London Retailer, part of the Mercedes-Benz Retail Group, provided a new Mercedes-Benz B-Class that has been used to promote the event and has been seen around town over the last few months.
Taking part among the expected 6,000 runners will be a team from Mercedes-Benz Brentford including General Manager Trevor Webb, who has contested the event since the first Ealing Half Marathon in 2012 and will be raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
"The Ealing Half Marathon provides the perfect opportunity for the team at Mercedes-Benz Brentford to get involved with the local community. I always enjoy competing and we are proud to get behind the race for the second year running," said Trevor Webb, General Manager at Mercedes-Benz Brentford.
