There are just a few places left in this year’s Ealing Mini Mile, and this is the last chance to enter for all young runners who want to take part.

The Ealing Mini Mile takes place on Ealing Half Marathon race day (Sunday 28th September) and is open to young runners aged 6 – 16 who will be covering a one mile route around Ealing’s Lammas Park. The two age categories are 6-11 and 12-16 years, and the young runners will start in waves with the 12-16 year olds heading off first.

The Ealing Mini Mile starts at 9.30 am and the entry fee for the Ealing Mini Mile is £7.50 per child which includes a medal and a t-shirt for all finishers. ASICS are sponsoring the Mini Mile prizes and will supply £60 prize vouchers for the fastest boy and the fastest girl in each age category.

Charlotte Buckley from Thames Valley Harriers won the inaugural Ealing Mini Mile in 2013, storming to overall victory in a time of 00:05:43. Oscar Jones from Clifton Lodge School was the fastest boy in 00:06:29.
