Dinosaurs at Osterley Park have drawn crowds this week, with visitors posting photos on social media of how much they enjoyed meeting the prehistoric creatures.

The outdoor dinosaur exhibition, called Jurassic Kingdom , has over 30 installations of life-sized, animated dinosaurs with electronic moving parts: think swaying tails, heads bobbing and jaws opening to emit roaring sounds!

The family event kicked off on April 1 and runs until April 17.

Karishma Pai said on Instagram: "Lovely afternoon out at Jurassic Kingdom in Osterley Park. Great day out for Dino obsessed kids and adults."

Osterley Park, a National Trust estate, is the first destination for Jurassic Kingdom, which will tour the UK during the next six months.

Louise Frances Michelle Hearne said on Facebook she had a "roarsome day" when she visited this week.

Activities for children include digging up dinosaur bones in an excavation scene and watching documentaries to learn more about how dinosaurs lived millions of years ago.

For dinosaur enthusiasts there is even a chance to hire virtual reality headsets and choose from a range of digital dinosaur experiences.

With street food and ice cream for sale in the grounds, Jurassic Kingdom is proving to be a fun day out for both children and adults alike.

So no matter your age, make the most of the good weather by paying a visit to the dinosaurs in their temporary home at Osterley Park.
