The exercise events are open to people of all ages and abilities, and begin with a buggy workout at Holland Park between 10am and 11am.

That is followed by a variety of activities to choose from at Kensington Leisure Centre , including health trainers’ and spa taster sessions both of which take place from noon to 2pm.

From 1pm to 2pm there is a combat fitness session at Studio 1.
