The official pre-race warm up for the Ealing Half Marathon is provided by The Gym, Ealing, and will take place in the south section of Lammas Park from 08:30 on race day (September 28).

This session will loosen up the muscles and joints and relax the whole body in preparation for the 13.1 miles that lie ahead.

Make sure that you join in before making your way to the start line and taking on the 13.1 miles!
