Revelers are gearing up Harrow’s one-day community extravaganza, Under One Sky.

Taking place on Sunday at Byron Park, in Peel Road, Wealdstone from midday, outstanding performances from local artists and groups, delicious food and plenty of fun for children will make this a day to remember.

The event, which has been running since 2005, has become a favourite in the calender for Harrow, and with this year acting as a double celebration of the borough’s 60th anniversary as a London borough, the festival is set to be better than ever.

Leader of Harrow Council David Perry (Labour) said: “This is a great chance for all the community organisations that do so much great work in Harrow to really showcase themselves.

“It is events like Under One Sky that brings us all together and gives us a reminder about the strength and diversity of our community in Harrow.

“The music and dance stages will be packed with exciting performances from Harrow’s finest talent. I am particularly pleased to see the number of young people that will be performing and taking part in the festival.

“I hope everyone has a great day and enjoys what will surely be a celebration of Harrow and our communities.”
