For many the iconic glittering red truck signifies the start of the festivities, and now Coca-Cola has revealed the UK destinations it will be touring this Christmas.

The truck will be at four different locations in London over December.

This includes The O2 Greenwich on December 5 and 6 (between 12pm and 8pm), Leicester Square on December 23 (between 12pm and 8pm) and another, secret "to be confirmed" London location on December 22.

The official news comes after a list of places were accidentally leaked online before the page was quickly pulled.

Coca-Cola has announced 'holidays are coming' for 46 locations across the country, where visitors will be able to catch a glimpse of the famous truck from the advert.

Does the Coca-Cola truck get you excited for Christmas?

They made the announcement after posting a teaser tweet reading: "Are we coming to your town? RT to find out! When we hit 500 RTs we'll reveal all 46 stops..."

There will also be a chance to sip on a Coke and enjoy a festive choir to get you in the spirit.

Coca Cola's iconic truck first appeared on TV screens in November 1995, and since then it's become a regular feature of festive TV schedules in more than 100 countries worldwide.

Last year, 45 destinations in the UK heard the choir and saw the words "holidays are coming" emblazoned on the side of the van.
