You can hear from former Bond villain and freerunning pioneer Sébastien Foucan in Chiswick next month.

The star, who appeared in Casino Royale, will give a speech followed by a Q&A at the Barley Mow Centre on January 28.

Mr Foucan is already an established corporate inspirational speaker, and he will be trying out his new speech for this first time in Chiswick.

He intends the evening to be a relaxed affair, with members of the audience welcome to chat to him after his talk.

Mr Foucan was one of the founders of freerunning, a form of urban gymnastics which is rapidly growing in popularity. He is opening an academy teaching the pursuit at Chiswick School in January.

* An evening with Sébastien Foucan will take place at the Barley Mow Centre, in Chiswick, on January 28, at 6.30pm. Tickets cost £10 and can be booked here.
