Would you dare to ride down a 584ft drop? This breathtaking point-of-view shows a daredevil taking on the world's longest tunnel slide.

The incredible footage shows the new phase for the ArcelorMittal Orbit, which was one of the most striking features of the Olympic Park in 2012.

The giant structure now has a new purpose as a near-600ft slide, making it the longest tunnel slide in the world.

Peppered with bleeped-out swearing, the slide seems to go in and on, with terrifying black-out moments as the poor slider plunges from high above the park in Stratford.

The thrill seeking ride is made of 35,000 bolts and enough steel to make 265 double-decker buses

Taking around 40 seconds to get to the ground, the slide is the latest incarnation of the UK's largest sculpture.

Now London's must-see attraction for the summer, visitors circle the Orbit 12 times as they weave their way through the loops and curves, including a tight corkscrew section named the 'bettfeder', after the German word for 'bedspring'.
