Armed Forces Day is a chance to show your support for the men and women who make up the armed forces community, from currently serving troops to service families, veterans and cadets.

This year it will be celebrated on Saturday (June 27).

Showing support for the British Army, Royal Navy and Royal Air Force provides a much valued morale boost for the troops and their families.

There will be plenty of events going on in west London, and with a parade marking the RAF Northolt Centenary having already taken place in Uxbridge, as well as a flag raising in Harrow, celebrations are well under way.
