Fighting to win a life-changing £250,000 and work with legendary businessman Lord Alan Sugar, we watched this year's 18 contestants meet for the first time in the thirteenth series (yes, really) on Wednesday (October 4).
As usual, in episode one the hopefuls were split into two teams - the boys and the girls (with like normal, two ridiculous names) - this time with the task of making and selling burgers.
The boys, "Team Vitality", went down the healthy burger route, creating turkey and buffalo patties for the trendy Brixton and Shoreditch gym-goer.
Making a classic schoolboy error labelling the burgers organic, when they weren't entirely, plus missing the lunchtime market, meant they made a loss when it came to figure counting in the boardroom.
The girlsm, "Team Graphene", did slightly better with their "luxury" chicken and beef burgers aimed at hungry workers in Canary Wharf.
Having made around £200 profit the women won the first task and were treated to a vegetarian feast with Tommy Banks, Britain's youngest Michelin star chef.
Project manager of the boys' team Danny Grant.
When is it next on?
Wednesday October 11 at 9pm on BBC One and BBC One HD.
