As many as 1,500 people will be working out on mass at 'Big Burn', which is taking place at Alexandra Palace in June.

They will be led by celebrities including Strictly Come Dancing judge Darcey Bussell, Ministry of Sound, and Big Brother winner-turned-super-slimmer Josie Gibson.

BIG BURN is being billed as the 'only event this year that offers mass participation fitness classes', celebrity instructors and a health and fitness expo to get you in shape for the summer. Each session will host 1,500 people all dancing their socks off and the routines have been carefully choreographed to suit all levels of fitness ability.

It takes place on Friday May 30 (at 6.30pm) and Saturday 31 (10am, 11.45am, 1.30pm and 3.15pm).

Tickets to each fitness session are available on a first come first served basis at www.BIGBURN.co.uk. Each holder will enjoy a workout with their favourite celebrity and have the chance to try out a different type of fitness class, visit the Health and Fitness expo and leave with a goody bag. Tickets cost £23 upwards.

Darcey Bussell said: “I really enjoy working out when I am fully distracted by a fun routine, great music and the camaraderie of a group class. This is the core philosophy behind DD-Mix.”
