THE autumn season at The Beck includes a catalogue of romance, passion and drama, mixed with some famous faces and one-liners.

September begins with the 40th anniversary tour of Brotherhood of Man, still with the original Eurovision winning line-up.

Outrageous comedian Roy Chubby-Brown makes an appearance in an adult-only performance, not for the easily offended.

There are two psychic shows, one which stars Sky Living’s Sally Morgan. Organisers warn that tickets are already selling fast for that one. Josephine Tewson, better known for playing Elizabeth in Keeping Up Appearances, will round off September with an evening of chat and memories from a 50-year career.

Comedian Al Murray and musical legends The Drifters are among other famous faces set to wow audiences as the dark evenings set in and another show which looks to be a sell-out features the humour of Aussie comic Kevin Bloody Wilson.

There is a tribute to the King of Pop, Michael Jackson, and appearance by Footloose Dance School, then One Night of Queen on November 23.

A Christmas Comedy Cracker will spread festive cheer, and this year’s panto is Peter Pan, from December 15 to January 6, starring EastEnders’ actor Adam Woodyatt.
