Connaught Shopping Village is celebrating the start of the festive season with a lights switch on and an evening of exclusive deals.

A five minute walk from Hyde Park , Connaught Street will light up for a night of yuletide fun on Thursday, November 23.

Carollers from local choirs will fill the streets with song, and visitors can enjoy free activities and shopping discounts.

The village has 45 luxury stores and restaurants that will offer a range of seasonal deals.

While adults can enjoy complimentary in-store Prosecco and mulled wine.

For those wishing to pamper their pets, The Hyde Park veterinary centre is offering free mini woofins (muffins for dogs) and "Pawsecco" still wine for dogs and cats.

They will also have a pet photographer with a Christmas back drop so visitors can have their photo taken with their pets and have a copy emailed to them free of charge.

Shopping and restaurant discounts

Restaurants and food stores, including Bombay Palace, Buchanans cheesemonger, Markus Coffee and Pardis restaurant will all be offering a 10% discount.

The Mud Australia store, Medicetics Spa and The Dresser will also offer shoppers 10% off items and products.

A 15% discount will be available at Connaught Cellars, Daniel Mikhael Hair and Beauty, Fé Hair & Beauty, Kokoro, Lucy Choi London, ME+EM, The Place London for men and women and Viola.

There will be a 20% discount at Eliza Jane Howell.

Connaught Village is supporting local charity COSMIC (Children of St Mary’s Intensive Care) and shoppers can make a charity donation if they wish on the evening.
