Old Spitalfields Market
Where: 16 Horner Square, London, E1 6EW
Open 7 days a week and located just five minutes walk from Liverpool Street Station, the market has an array of shops and stalls.
There are stalls selling all sorts of goodies including trinkets, art, jewellery, vintage clothes, glasses, shoes and more.
Shops to browse include Chanel, Dr Martens, MCQ - contemporary brand from the House of Alexander McQueen, and American fashion label Rag & Bone.
Westfield London
Where: Ariel Way, Shepherds Bush, London, W12 7GF
With High Street chains and luxury retailers all located within one centre, you're guaranteed to leave with something, no matter what your budget is.
Designers stores include Burberry, Boss, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Versace and Jimmy Choo.
Other stores located in the centre include Adidas, AllSaints, Calvin Klein Underwear, Hollister and there are plenty of food outlets if you fancy grabbing a bite.
Westfield Stratford City
Where: Olympic Park, Montfichet Road, London, E20 1EJ
From Armani Jeans and DKNY Men to Clarks and the Disney store, there's a variety of shops in the centre.
If you want to grab some food, options for lunch include Nando's, The Real Greek, YO! Sushi, Chicago Rib Shack and Franco Manca.
Pop Brixton
Where: 49 Brixton Station Road, Brixton, London, SW9 8PQ
The space is actually a temporary project that's turned disused land into a creative space for local, independent businesses.
It's made up of start-up groups working in food, retail, design and social enterprise that all have a home within a shipping container.
There are 10 street food stalls, six restaurants, four bars, seven local independent retailers, two regularly rotating pop up spaces, an art gallery, a buskers’ corner, a community training hub, a balcony terrace and a big greenhouse for growing stuff in.
Boxpark Shoreditch
Where: 2-10 Bethnal Green Road, London, E1 6GY
This pop-up mall fuses the concepts of modern street food with shopping, placing local and global brands side by side to create a unique destination.
Browse a variety of independent shops and brands including The Camden Watch Co company, Colour Studio socks and footwear, The Gift Box, Kiehl’s and The Play Box.
One New Change
Where: 1 New Change, London, EC4M 9AF
There's plenty to keep you busy here with restaurants, cafés, menswear and womenswear fashion brands, all set overlooking St Paul's Cathedral.
Brands include GAP, Kurt Geiger, Pandora, Swarovski, Ted Baker and more.
Hay's Galleria
Where: 1 Battle Bridge Lane, London, SE1 2HD
There's a mixture of shops and restaurants in the centre situated on the south bank of the River Thames.
There are more than 80, including some of the best high street names, offering fashion, beauty, homeware and gadgets.
Shops include Cadburys, Jeff Banks, JD, Nike, Waterstones and TK Maxx.
Brent Cross Shopping Centre
Where: Hendon, London, NW4 3FP
The North West shopping centre is home to more than 2,000 leading and designer brands and 120 stores including Fenwick and John Lewis.
There's also a range of restaurants and coffee shops offering a variety of world cuisines from Italian to sushi in the food court, to classic American on The Patio for outdoor dining.
Parking is free so you can shop all day.
Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre
Where: Ealing Broadway, London, W5 5JY
The whole centre recently had a £14 million refurbishment to include new facilities and features.
Retailers in the centre include Marks & Spencer, H&M, River Island, Next, and Boots.
Recently added retail and catering operators include jeweller Pandora, Smiggle, Doddle, Clas Ohlson, Wasabi and Eat.
Lower Marsh Market
Where: Lower Marsh, London, SE1 7RG
One of the city's oldest market streets, it's home to some of the capital's best and most quirky independent shops.
From men's tees, speciality cakes and handmade crafts, to incense and candles, perfumes and street food - you'll be kept busy for hours.
