Phoenix have announced their only UK gig of 2017.

The French quartet will play Alexandra Palace on September 30.

They revealed their live return in late 2016 with news of a slot at Bilbao BBK Live and the Governor's Ball in New York.

It will mark their first live shows in three years when they played O2 Academy Brixton as well as a headline show in Manchester.

The group recently updated their social media accounts leading fans to suspect that new music is on the way.

Their last record "Bankrupt!" - inspired by their work on film "Somewhere" - was released back in 2013 becoming one of their most successful yet.

They are also set to play an arena gig in Paris during the same week as the Ally Pally show.

When do tickets go on sale?

Tickets are now on sale via the group's official website and Songkick .

More will be released at 9am on Friday March 3 via the Alexandra Palace site .

How much are tickets?

They are priced at £25, plus a booking fee.
