This Friday (June 24) sees Salt return to the Crown and Treaty pub on Oxford Road, Uxbridge .

Hailing from Beaconsfield and with a sound that verges around the indie rock and soul spectrum (think a British Kings Of Leon) they have conviction, meaning and certainly know how to entertain.

Having recently recorded at the world renowned Abbey Road Studios and constantly gigging throughout London's most prestigious venues it's good to see they've not forgotten us locals.

Birdsworth are also on the bill with an outstanding set of hard hitting ditties. It's free to get into the Crown and Treaty before 10pm and just £5 after. The question remains, are you in or out?

Hillingdon five-piece Faers have a new single to be released on July 2 so watch this space for more info.

Other local release news comes in the shape of an all girl group from Hayes. The Tuts have their début album ready to go public right away.

Be sure to tune into my interactive HayesFM radio show EVERY Tuesday at 9pm to hear live and original performers. PLUS more local live music news. You can find HayesFM on 91.8fm in London or GLOBAL online .
