Foo Fighters are following up their incredible Glastonbury headline set with an O2 Arena show.

The group are performing as part of the venue's 10th birthday celebrations on September 19.

The news was revealed by Dave Grohl and Taylor Hawkins on Twitter.

They spoke about their previous show at the O2 Arena when Brian May and Roger Taylor joined them to play '39.

The group recently played Glastonbury Festival after dropping out in 2015 due to Grohl's broken leg.

The two-hour plus set was a huge success and saw them play hits including 'Best of You' and 'The Pretender'.

Previously alt-J, Celine Dion and Ed Sheeran performed at the O2 Arena as part of the birthday celebrations

When do tickets go on sale?

Tickets go on general sale at 4pm on Wednesday (June 28).

O2 members can get priority from 12pm.
