A Wicked-themed afternoon tea has launched in London, complete with Elphaba's milk chocolate mousse and caramel hat.
Fans of the hit musical can indulge in a Wicked feast at the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park in Knightsbridge to celebrate the show's 11th year in the West End.
Guests wishing to release their inner Ozian will be treated to themed pastries and delectable desserts designed by Mandarin's executive pastry chef, Paul Thieblemont.
On the menu is Wonderful Land of OZ pistachio cupcake, Glinda’s sparkly chocolate slippers and a vanilla broom biscuit.
There will be a selection of delicious sandwiches which range from slow roasted organic chicken and buttered corn to Cotswold egg, white asparagus and black truffle.
Smoked salmon tartare, granny smith apple, horseradish and crème fraîche; Compressed cucumber, spring peas panna cotta and mint and Portland crab is also on the menu.
For dessert, there will be a Matcha and hazelnut finger topped with Glinda’s sparkly shoe, Elphaba’s milk chocolate mousse and caramel hatm The Good Witch’s dark chocolate chouxm Wonderful Land of Oz pistachio cupcake, Wicked Witch of the West vanilla broom biscuit and a Wicked chocolate lollipop to finish.
To top that off there will be a selection of plain and raisin scones served with clotted cream, rose petals jam and lemon curd.
All the delicious treats will be accompanied by a good cuppa - and you will be able to choose from a selection of more than 40 of the finest and rarest teas.
