Anyone called Kate, Christian, Eddie, Tom, Mark or Charlotte could get a free pizza in London this weekend to celebrate the Oscars.

Pizza Hut has announced it is celebrating the 2016 Academy Awards by giving free pizzas to people who bear the same name as British nominees.

This year they are Westminster-born Eddie Redmayne, who has been tipped for a second Academy Award, as well as Kate Winslet, Christian Bale, Tom Hardy, Mark Rylance and Charlotte Rampling.

So if you have the first name as one of these famous actors, you are eligible to claim a free pizza on Saturday (February 27) and Sunday (February 28).

London's The Strand Pizza Hut is one of a handful of restaurants taking part across The UK, including Reading, Chelmsford, Swansea, and Canterbury.

The Strand Pizza Hut restaurant has been chosen as a participating store in honour of Tom Hardy, who comes from Hammersmith.

The VIP offer will be open to the first 10 people who arrive at the restaurant and present a valid form of ID. Following this, they will be given a free pizza up to the value of £15.

"We wanted to celebrate and support our British talent in a special way that our customers can enjoy too.
