Pasta Sereni is bringing its own brand of handmade restaurant quality pasta to hungry Londoners with the opening of a new restaurant in the heart of the city.

The 300sq-ft fast-casual restaurant opens in early September on Air Street, close to Piccadilly Circus, and will serve an enticing menu of seasonal pasta dishes, soups, deserts and Italian coffee.

The warmth and passion of Italian homemade cuisine will provide something for everyone and guests can expect flavour-packed pasta dishes using the highest quality ingredients like Fusilli Sereni – a signature – combining tuna marinated in extra virgin olive oil, green olives, anchovies and tomatoes from Campania.

Other dishes will include a mouth-watering Rigatoni al Ragu or vibrant Trottole with pesto and cherry tomatoes, with some pasta meals available from just £5.

The brains behind the concept include Sandro Ferretti, Luciano Sereni and Fabio Beradi, all of whom are united by their passion for authentic Italian food. Sandro spent much of his youth in a kitchen as his father was a top chef, while Luciano has worked on a number of successful real estate projects and loves bringing joy to people through food.

Fabio, who says he loves everything about Italian food and culture, can't wait to show Londoners what "real" pasta is all about.

Pasta Sereni will be open seven days a week from 7am-11pm in September.
