A Melbourne-inspired all-day eatery has opened its doors in Chiswick .

Brew , in Chiswick High Road, celebrated its official launch with a party complete with pizza, canapes and champagne on Wednesday (October 14).

It is the fifth site to open in London, after Clapham, Wimbledon , Putney and Wandsworth, and will offer its famous wood-fired pizza oven 'Hellfire Pizzas' along with homemade cakes, burgers, and fresh juices.

Owner Jason Wells, a foodie who began his career as a butcher in his native Australia, will be joined by head of food and beverage, Julien Maisonneuve, and head chef, Patrick Coleman.

Mr Wells said: “We are delighted to be opening our fifth store in such a fantastic location on Chiswick High Road.

"The area is full of families which fits very well with our demographic and we’re very much looking forward to welcoming all of the locals and giving them a taste of what Brew has to offer."

To celebrate its latest opening, the 75-seater eatery has unveiled some new pizza toppings including salt beef, confit duck and lamb shawarma and will be using locally-sourced produce to prepare popular dishes including Turkish Eggs; poached and served with hung yoghurt and hot chilli butter, and home-made chorizo scrambled eggs on Brew’s sourdough toast.

Brew Chiswick will serve breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner from 7am-10pm Monday to Sunday.

A new Brew will be opening in Kew next!
