Did you always tell your friends you wanted to be a 'taste-tester' when you grew up? Well, now you actually can, as seafood restaurant Loch Fyne is on the lookout for a 'chief taster'.
The restaurant is holding a competition to find a keen sea-foodie to help advise on future menus, as well as blogging and vlogging about the new dishes.
The chosen taster will be taken on a trip to Loch Fyne in Scotland, where they will enjoy some of the fresh shellfish and seafood that is served in Loch Fyne restaurants in the UK.
They will then be invited to attend four tastings throughout the year to try out new dishes.
The role, which will require the taster to share their thoughts about the restaurants on social media, will be paid exclusively in fish and shellfish.
To enter the competition, foodies must produce a short video explaining why they should have the taste-testing job.
The videos must be posted on Instagram with the hashtags: #LFchieftaster #LochFyne #seafoodie #food #yummy #foodie #delicious #seafood #fishforever.
A shortlist of six will then be chosen, who will then have to create a second video review after doing a tasting of the new autumn/winter menu, before the winner is decided.
Giles Codd, marketing manager at Loch Fyne, said: "At Loch Fyne we use only the best quality, fresh, seasonal produce and are always looking for new ways to further improve our menus and ensure there is something for everyone to enjoy.
"We want to find Britain's most passionate amateur sea-foodie to help us perfect our menus over the next 12 months.
"This is a dream job for anyone who loves eating fish and shellfish and is enthusiastic about blogging and social media. We can't wait to see some of your videos!"
The closing date for entries is Friday September 30.
