French brasserie restaurant Côte has confirmed it is opening a new restaurant in Fulham later this year.

Côte, famed for its interpretations of classic French dishes, is set to open a new branch, in Jerdan Place in April, taking the former Rodizio Lebanon site.

The group plans to have 120 seats inside, full-height French windows and an outside terrace to give the restaurant an "authentic Parisian feel", a spokeswoman said.

The first Côte opened in Wimbledon in 2007 and now has branches all over the country. Côte founders Andy Bassadone and Chris Benians also founded Italian restaurant group Strada.

A Côte spokeswoman said: “Seasonality and our commitment to sourcing high-quality ingredients results in a regularly changing specials menu, ensuring there is always something new to delight regular guests.

“As with all our restaurants, we’ll be open all day from breakfast through to lunch and dinner daily.

"On the menu, guests will always find brasserie favourites such as steak frites, tuna Niçoise and moules marinières and, for dessert, Côte’s crème caramel and crème brûlee are much–loved house specialities.

“The restaurant will also be serving our famous lunch and early evening menu priced at £9.95 for two courses and £11.90 for three... perfect for a quick lunch or pre-theatre dining."
