Celebrity chef Sophie Michell has created four delicious pancake recipes as part of a campaign with Chilean Blueberries to showcase how versatile the blue super-food can be.

Blueberries are low in sugar so they make the perfect sweetener for health conscious people who want to sweeten their pancakes without overdosing on sugar and calories.

They are also are a good source of vitamin K, vitamin C, fibre, manganese and other antioxidants.

Part of Channel 4's smash hit show Cook Yourself Thin and executive chef at London’s Belgraves Hotel, Sophie's twists on the traditional pancake recipe include a mixture of savoury and sweet delights, as well as a gluten-free option.
