His show will culminate in his performance as self-styled south Londoner, Lee 'Nelsy' Nelson.

An age old debate
JOIN in the great ageing debate with world-renowned, award-winning authors David Lodge (pictured right) and Jim Crace.
The discussion, entitled Re-imagining Ageing, will examine Lodge's recent book, Deaf Sentence, which looks at disability and independence after retirement; and Crace's Arcadia, featuring an ageing businessman's memories of youth and his desire for a public legacy.
But far from the usual book appreciation events, audience members are encouraged to participate actively by quizzing the authors about their representations of the elderly.

Murder on the amateur dramatic stage
CURTAIN Up on Murder, a tale of an amateur dramatics group left stranded at a theatre, will be brought to life by St Lawrence Players.
All is not what it seems, especially when the power fails and suspicions arise that the theatre is haunted. Is danger in the air?
The Players have staged more than 150 productions since their first offering in 1948, and almost took their final curtain call after public safety rules nearly caused the end of the group.
After making changes to scenery, backstage area and hall, they are able to continue adding to their ever-growing anthology of productions.
