Choose between a five-and-a-half and nine-mile route, both of which start and finish at MSH, based at Mount Vernon

Hospital in Northwood, on well-lit roads with marshalls and signs to lead the way.

There will be music and exercise on the lawn before the challenge.

Entrants will receive a walker pack complete with a T-shirt, sponsorship form, information booklet and glow in the dark novelty accessories.

There will also be a raffle with signed X-Factor merchandise, two British Airways return flights to Europe, and luxury beauty products.

The hospice, based at Mount Vernon Hospital in Northwood, cares for patients with life-limiting illnesses. It needs to raise £1.2million every year to continue offering its vital palliative care services.
