AFTER a sell-out show at Bush Hall earlier this year, Panic! At the Disco will be passing through Shepherd's Bush again during their upcoming May tour leading up to dates at the Reading and Leeds festivals.

Debuting brand new tracks from their third album, Vices & Virtues, the Bush Hall show saw P!ATD at their absolute finest. The sell-out show was packed with fans singing along with every word. The band also impressed and wowed crowds across the pond with a show at the Bowery Ballroom, New York, and across Europe.

The new video for the upcoming single The Ballad of Mona Lisa launched worldwide in February and clocked more than one million plays on YouTube in less than a week.

The story of Easter

AN EXCITING chance to mix fun with education is on offer at Haven Green Baptist Church.

Veggie Tales, a popular computeranimated film, is a great platform for the story of Easter and its importance, but is coupled with arts and crafts, games and of course food.

Organiser Grace Dalton said: "It's the first time we have done something like this. We would like children to know about the original Easter story. A lot of children have no idea what Easter is all about other than chocolate and eggs. It's great if they can learn something while of course having fun."

Wear bunny ears if possible.

Easter fun at the farm

ODDS Farm Park is a great place to go over the Easter break with the chance to get up close and personal with the animals.

Kids can bottle feed the lambs, meet the rabbits in the Funny Bunnies programme and enjoy a milk demonstration. In keeping with the time of year, there is also an Easter Bunny Trail around the farm to win a chocolate egg.

There is something special on for each season.

You can even get a season ticket, making it better value if it is a regular haunt during the year.

Privatisation exhibition at Watermans

A BRIEF History of Privatisation is a hands-on exhibition, which is much more entertaining than its title might suggest.

There are a number of massage chairs on which the public can relax in this innovative work by Ellie Harrison. Her aim is to strike a balance between the roles of artist, activist and administrator. In this exhibition, her first solo show at a gallery in London and specifically produced for Watermans, six electronic massage chairs are arranged in a circle, as though set for a council meeting. Each chair represents a key public service or industry.

There is also a neon-style display, scrolling through the dates of the last century (from 1900 to 2011), over the course of half an hour. The colour of the neon changes depending on which political party is in power, flooding the room with a different coloured light.

The massage chairs switch on at the dates in which their corresponding service or industry was taken into public ownership and switch off again at the date when/if they were privatised.

Another interactive installation developed in 2009 in response to the global financial crisis is Vending Machine - an old vending machine reprogrammed to release free snacks when search terms relating to the economy make the headlines on the BBC News RSS feed. Visitors can also take the crisps when this happens.

The Vending Machine also hints towards a time in the future when our access to food may literally be determined by wider political or environmental events.
