So the World cup is finally over. I'm actually happy. For me, it was pretty crap all the way through.

I didn't really care who won in the end. It didn't have any of the World cup atmosphere of years gone by, and those f**king vuvuzelas ruined any crowd involvment. Good riddance!

Dammit, I missed yesterday's (Thursday's) Big Brother. This week Corin, Ife and Mario are up.

Something dawned on me this week about Corin and her singing. We as viewers don't get to see actually how annoying that is. Channel 4 have to pay £900 for each time a song is played - even if someone is only singing it. Now, you have to figure that the series producers are some of the most tight-fisted bastards you'll ever come across, and you'll see why they don't broadcast Corin singing the whole time (well, that and the fact that we'd all switch off if she did!).

I think she's a genuine person and all, but have you ever counted the amount of times she says "like" in a conversation? Numbers haven't been invented that go that high! The tree should give her a task where she can't say "like", "lovin' it" or "buzzin'". She wouldn't last two seconds haha!
Still, with that all said, I think she's a nice girl and is in no trouble of leaving this week.

Onto Ife... She hasn't done that much this week (that I've seen). I think it's a good idea to keep a low profile if you're up for eviction. A lot of folk try to look good in order to stay, and just end up trying too hard making the plan backfire.

My money is on Mario to go this week. A lot of folk like him, but I think he's a creep. He's always pawing at people and just generally being an arselick. I won't miss him if he goes.

So (a bit late, admittedly!) new Housemates!

I like Napolean Dynamite (Andrew). He seems to have a lot of qualities that make a great Housemate. At first glance you would think he's a bit of a tit, but look a bit further and he's funny, intelligent and quirky enough to go far. He's become one of my favourites already (though that's mostly to do with everyone else being so crap).

Rachel seems to be a very run of the mill Housemate. She doesn't have any distinguishing characteristics so I think she's just there to make up the numbers really.

Lastly we've got Keeley. I would argue big time with her if we were in the House together (outside of the bedroom that is). This girl is headed for trouble. Her gameplan of going in there and bossing everyone around is the worst one you could do. It's hard enough for new Housemates to integrate with the pack when you're being genuine - if Keeley thinks Big Brother is the same as the outside world, then she's dumb. Plain and simple. The other Housemates seem to already know how to wind her up. Making Andrew win the dining task was great! I loved how frustrated she got!

A big factor that I think Keeley hasn't planned for in her Big Brother odyssey is the lack of privacy. In the outside world, if she's having a low spell (where she wouldn't want anyone to see her being "weak"), she'd be able to go somewhere private and collect herself. She can't do that in the house. As soon as the iron exterior gets a crack (and that will happen soon because she's not going to be able to push Steve around like she thinks she will), the whole lot will break and she'll have a Big Brother meltdown. Watch it happen!

Caoimhe's being her usual poisonous, manipulative self this week. She's arselicking Andrew now as she sees his growing popularity. What a snake. Her putting Mario up in order to remove Corin or Ife is very devious. That girl is so gone when she finally faces the public vote again.

What have I been up to? On Thursday I helped out with the Big Brother take over of Borehamwood's Nandos restaurant. I had a great time meeting a lot of ex Housemates, and we raised a lot of money for Barnados. I was my usual abusive self (would you expect any less?) so you'll no doubt see stories about me being obnoxious in various magazines this week haha!

Was great seeing Brian Belo, Nikki, Samanda, Stuart Hosking (BB2), Shabby, Govan, Sunshine, Charlie Uchea, and of course Freddie. I'm pleasantly surprised how nice Sunshine is! She really is a nice girl, and I don't mean that in a sex way. You can see a few pics on my Facebook page - Irrepressible Dark Horse - Marcus Akin .

See ya next time!
