A young passenger, arriving back on UK soil after months travelling around Nepal, found herself in for a rough night after missing her connecting flight from Heathrow Airport to Belfast.

We can all sympathise, right? Missing your flight absolutely sucks and her reaction, quite unsurprisingly, was one of utter despair and extreme aggravation.

But (even more) unlucky for the woman, it was all caught on camera and her complete meltdown was broadcast to millions on prime time TV on Wednesday night (May 10).

The clip, issued by ITV after it was aired on Britain's Busiest Airport, shows the sobbing passenger being comforted by Heathrow's passenger experience manager Sue, who suggests calling her mother.

But the woman soon starts hysterically bawling her eyes out and even says she may faint.

Dear oh dear

A slight over-reaction perhaps?

Sue certainly thought so but expertly shut the situation down - and there was even a happy ending for the distressed passenger.
