It's the final of The Great British Bake Off this week and with just three remaining bakers, it's time to look at who is the most likely to win this year's competition and be crowned the overall star baker.

Nadiya, Tamal and Ian have taken on over 27 challenges set by judges Paul Hollywood and Mary Berry, and with just three tasks left to impress, we're looking at the past bakes and how well they've done throughout the whole competition.

So who will be crowned this year's winner? Let's remind ourselves all about the final three contestants; here is everything you need to know about Tamal, Ian and Nadiya.

Nadiya

Nadiya has been won star baker three times

Age : 30

Lives : Leeds

Occupation : Full-time mum

Awarded star baker? Yes, three times.

Best bake: Possibly her fizzy pop cheesecakes or attractive peacock chocolate showstopper.

Worst bake: Chocolate soufflé technical challenge during the semi-finals. Speaking about the disaster Nadiya said: "The most difficult challenge had to be the chocolate soufflé, I just got myself into such a flap, that everything just went wrong."

Odds to win: 2/5

Mum-of-three Nadiya is being backed as the favourite to win by the bookies and David Cameron too!

Tamal

Tamal has received the Paul Hollywood handshake

Age: 29

Lives: Manchester

Occupation: Trainee anaesthetist

Awarded star baker? Yes, once.

Best bake: Black Forest gateau which Tamal says he is "really proud of" or his Charlotte Russe showstopper

Worst bake: Gluten-free pittas

Odds to win: 5/1

It seems Tamal is being backed by the whole of Twitter who've fallen in love with him.

Ian

Ian managed to win star baker for three weeks running

Age: 41

Lives: Cambridgeshire

Occupation: Travel photographer and the Dalai Lama's personal snapper when he visits the UK.

Awarded star baker? Yes, three times running, in the second, third and fourth week.

Best bake: Ian says his Victoria's Crown Charlotte Russe was "slightly over the top but, as a showstopper, I think it did literally stop the show".

Worst bake: His vol-au-vents or chocolate tart

Odds to win: 4/1

Despite at one point being the favourite, Ian narrowly avoided being sent home last week during the semi-finals.
