A Deep Sea Adventure made completely from ice and snow is coming to Hyde Park's Winter Wonderland .

Returning for its 11th year, Winter Wonderland has become a firm favourite for people to visit in the Christmas calendar.

The immersive walk-through experience will display more than 250 individually sculpted pieces, featuring everything from mermaids and gods to sea creatures.

The attraction will take five months to construct and is created from 500 tonnes of ice and snow.

Visitors will also discover an enchanting mermaid grotto, complete with little merkids and elaborate underwater creatures.

Stingrays, sharks, turtles and seahorses will be shown alongside a strikingly colourful coral reef.

Guests will have the opportunity to sit on Neptune’s Grand Throne, take a selfie at the Bubble Wall and glide down an ice slide.

As well as The Magical Ice Kingdom Deep Sea Adventure , Hyde Park Winter Wonderland will host many new and returning attractions including Zippos Circus.

Zippos Circus, will be back with their daytime show "Zippos Christmas Circus’"which will boast incredible acrobatic displays ,mind-blowing illusions and jaw-dropping stunts.

There will also be a new interpretation of a classic tale, Cinderella on Ice, which will feature world class ice skating in the Winter Palace Theatre.

Other attractions include the iconic Giant Observation Wheel the Sooty Christmas Show, Munich Looping rollercoaster and Bar Ice.

For those wanting to soak up the festive atmosphere, the Angels Christmas market will feature more than 150 chalets filled with unique gifts.

Santa Land is an enchanting experience for young visitors and gives families the chance to meet Father Christmas and his elves, as well as explore the inside of his toy workshop.

Father Christmas is free to visit and will be at Santa Land with a sack of free gifts every day until 6pm.

The Winter Wonderland runs for six weeks from Friday November 17 to Monday January 1 2018.

Times: 10am to 10pm daily (except Friday 17 November when it opens at 5pm)

Entry: Hyde Park Winter Wonderland is free to enter, there is no admission fee. However there are ticket prices for the attractions.
